2023 Annual Jetty Software User Group Session Invitation

You are cordially invited to join the Jetty team for our annual Jetty Software User Group Session as we present the latest software enhancements and plans for 2023. This year, Cybersecurity is our guiding theme and the session will include guest speakers familiar with the topic.

An open forum will be provided to capture your recommendations, demonstrate key new features and a general Q&A platform. We will share best practices, strategies and provide an opportunity for presentations from clients to share their experiences with Jetty.

This session will provide an opportunity for further Jetty Software review and discussion-based break-out sessions specifically geared towards our User Group. Please include any specific topics or requests that you wish to cover within the “Requests” field provided on the registration site and we will do our very best to incorporate.

The Response Group (TRG) will host the client User Group session in Cypress, Texas (Houston). Both breakfast and lunch will be provided. A condensed, interactive virtual session will be provided in February.

In-Person Session

Wednesday, January 25, 2023

Time: 8am – 4pm CST

Check-in will start at 8am. The morning will include our 2022 achievements and milestones, a guest speaker, an overview of incident support and a best practices discussion.

The afternoon will start with our second guest speaker, followed by our 2023 roadmap and another best practices topic before we review and vote on feature requests and wrap up.

In Review: 2021 Annual Jetty Software User Group Session

Thank you again to all those that were able to participate in our annual Jetty Software User Group Session conducted on Thursday, January 21st.  Your comments, questions, and feedback are appreciated and instrumental in our ongoing mission to ensure the Jetty Software is the premier tool for communicating with your stakeholders.

More than 50 participants joined this year’s User Group.

Our goals were to share the latest on product development, discuss and vote on enhancements, exchange ideas, network with peers, and provide direct feedback on questions you had for the Jetty staff.

During the session, participants provided recommendations and voted online for their preferred changes and additions. The top 5 items are captured below and are still open for voting.

Top Votes to date

1 Lunch and Learn (19) Host short meetings regularly with clients, Jetty staff and guest speakers to make the most of your workflow and knowledge.
2 IAP Software Integration (14) Submit 214a Individual Logs and other data into IAP. Add IAP Dashboards and other status displays in Jetty.
3 Approval without sign on (12) Email content with unique links for approvers to signoff, edit, or deny drafts without logging into Jetty.
4 Contact Status Colors (9) Apply bulk email status colors across Jetty (those who have opted out, or who have broken addresses).
5 Approval Status Badges (9) Quickly see approval status for listed items.  (Draft, Needs Approval, Under Review, Approved, etc.)
